Commissioning
On Site

We offer, upon request, an on-site commissioning service, assisting you in all phases of the process. Thanks to our decades of experience, we can facilitate installation for those who use the ESOLAR family products for the first time or have no experience in this critical phase.

After Sales

Our customers benefit from exclusive service conditions after purchasing an eSolar device. We offer free telephone support in the afternoon (2pm-5pm) for everyone, also extended to the morning (9am-1pm) for customers with a FULL-TIME support contract.

Custom Solution

At Sinapsi, customization is in our DNA, oriented towards OEM customers. Each customized product is carefully evaluated from technical, reliability and commercial aspects before approval and production.
