Taking place in Porto Cervo in Sardinia, at the prestigious Colonna Resort, the 14th National Congress of ANACI will address, among other topics, the most important one of the digital transition of the condominium.
In the last two years, due to the situation we all know about, there has been a significant acceleration of digital technology that has changed management models and workflows somewhat in all sectors, including the condominium sector. We are only at the beginning, but digital technologies have enormous potential for growth in this sector as well.
In 2019, ANACI structured a nationwide project called “Condominio Social Smart”, which was then disseminated in an itinerant manner in various regions and provinces of Italy. This project encompasses all the issues and solutions useful to the ANACI administrator in facing this transition to digital.
With this in mind, SINAPSI will also be present at the Porto Cervo conference. In fact, on 9 October last year in Modena, at the conference “How to manage the Condominium of the future” organised by ANACI Modena in collaboration with ANACI Nazionale, SINAPSI presented ALFA, the first device on the market capable of monitoring electricity consumption through an app that communicates with the user with extreme precision. This device represents the first step in the ambitious and virtuous project that ANACI has launched in order to involve the various players in the real estate supply chain to transform Italian cities into Smart Cities.
