Send a request to SERVICE by filling out the form below and our technicians will respond as soon as possible.
Please specify in the subject line the name of the product/service, accompanied by the respective serial number, for which you are requesting assistance and describe in detail the problem encountered.

    Terms of Service for Sinapse Products or Services.

    1. TELEPHONE TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

    • Free for products under warranty, Monday through Friday, afternoon: 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
    • Products out of warranty: Fill out the form above.

    2. FULL-TIME TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE:

    • It is possible to sign a contract that includes:
      • Dedicated telephone support, Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
      • Back-up Data Restore Service (SIN.DATARESTORE).

    3. TELECARE:

    • Requirements: Device connected and reachable via the Internet.

    • Start the replacement file by downloading the RM form and sending it to rm@sinapsitech.it
    • You will receive an authorization document with the number for shipping to PORTO FRANCO at Via delle Querce, 11/13 – 06083 Bastia Umbra (PG).
